This visit has been designed to get you on a time machine and go back more than 600 years; to a Central America that only a few have had the privilege to experience. More than an excursion, it is a journey into the lives of the Embera Indians. It is a proud town, which has been able to maintain its traditions and lifestyle as it was before the Spanish colonized the region. The Emberá are excellent artisans, retailers and dedicated and if we want to carry the memory on our skin, a natural “tatto” is our option. The indigenous people will paint it with a black ink product of the “Jagua”, seed of a local palm.
